Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative experience preferred
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted
  • adherence to company policies and procedures
  • commitment to creating a safe workplace
  • ability to follow quality standards and maintain professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • experience with payroll
  • experience with commercial insurance (CI)
  • proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism in appearance and communication
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support such as preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • act as a point of contact for clients and vendors
  • serve as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process including pre-event, event, and post-event phases
  • support various departments including Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage with administrative needs
  • maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
