Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- able to follow company policies including drug-free workplace guidelines
- good physical stamina
- reliable and punctual

- prior experience in banquet or catering service preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- provide exceptional service to guests during catered events
- work closely with the Event Captain and other team members to ensure smooth execution of events
- assist with event setup and breakdown
- attend to guests' needs promptly and courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the event area
- follow all company policies including those related to safety and drug-free workplace
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
