Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have the physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and moving items
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in banquet or event setup prior experience in a high-volume hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and departmental procedures
Job Duties
- Stock and maintain back-of-house storage areas hallways and pantries ensuring inventory levels are consistently met as well as keeping them clean and organized including handling delivery and restocking of packaged snacks condiments beverages paper products and other essential items
- Manage and replenish linen inventory and supplies in designated storage areas
- Prepare and transport required equipment for event setups such as rolling tables mini fridges coolers rolling walls and tableware as necessary
- Breakdown and clean up function areas as scheduled adhering to departmental procedures Return reusable goods and equipment to specified storage locations
- Pick up and deliver products from the warehouse or direct orders following proper protocols for freight elevator use and delivery routes
- Adhere to departmental standards policies and regulations with a focus on observing all safety protocols
- Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned
