Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of related experience and or training
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work long hours when required
- neat appearance
- ability to walk and reach with hands and arms
- ability to lift and or move up to 30 pounds regularly
- ability to stand for long hours
- ability to evaluate and select among alternatives quickly and accurately
- ability to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- ability to listen and resolve guest issues satisfactorily
- ability to identify and prevent potential guest issues
- ability to assimilate and adjust complex information
- ability to listen to and clarify concerns of team members and guests
- ability to work with financial information and perform basic math

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- at least 3 years related experience and or training
- experience in hotel or related field helpful
- valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Interact with all guests and all team members at all times in a friendly service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with Callaway standards as required by scheduling that varies with business needs
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing a nametag when working
- comply at all times with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
- maintain a friendly and warm demeanor with team members and guests
- suggest and maintain updates of operational standards including server appearance, attendance, service training, and product knowledge
- assist sales and event management in coordinating banquet functions
- assist with conference set up and stewarding for banquet functions
- interview, hire, plan, assign, direct, schedule, appraise, reward, counsel, and discipline team members
- manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to service requests
- know and enforce all department policies and procedures fairly and consistently
- strive for 100 percent guest satisfaction
- fill in wherever needed during banquet functions to maintain flow
- conduct pre-shift meetings to train and coordinate shifts
- perform other duties assigned by supervisor or management
- attend all required meetings and training sessions
