Job Duties
- Manage on-site and off-site events including rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, corporate dinners, retirement parties, birthday parties, and private celebrations
- Serve as the on-site lead during events, overseeing all operational details from setup through breakdown
- Review banquet event orders (BEOs) with banquet staff prior to each event and supervise staff throughout service
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and hosts during events, ensuring requests are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen regarding menus, sauces, condiments, allergies, and timing of food delivery
- Ensure event spaces are set according to BEO specifications, including tables, chairs, buffets, décor, and equipment
- Select appropriate platters, serving pieces, and equipment for upcoming events
