Job Duties
- Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events
- train and mentor banquet team members to ensure exceptional service delivery
- collaborate with event planners and clients to meet and exceed event expectations
- monitor event timelines and ensure seamless coordination between teams
- ensure proper inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations during events
- assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to banquet team members
- conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement
