Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, banquet, or club-related field within food and beverage industry
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
  • Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking, hearing, and visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, banquet, or club-related food and beverage field
  • Preferred certifications including Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, TABC Certification, CPR Certification, Food Safety Program, and HFWACT
  • Completion of Food Safety and Alcohol Safety training

Job Duties

  • Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel
  • Implement and facilitate training programs to maintain service excellence
  • Communicate with Event Sales Director to ensure proper staffing and event execution
  • Review banquet event orders and daily logs to ensure accurate setups
  • Oversee timely service of food and beverages adhering to Invited standards
  • Monitor events, communicate with event hosts, collect payments, and complete accounting paperwork
  • Manage room breakdown, setups, and opening procedures for banquet events
  • Provide warm welcomes and professional interaction with members and guests
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure sanitary conditions
  • Accommodate changes and last-minute requests professionally
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management
