Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or banquet operations preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift, push and pull moderate weight
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize banquet kitchen areas, dishware, glassware, and utensils before, during, and after events
  • Properly store all banquet equipment, including plates, cutlery, trays, and buffet setup items
  • Ensure dishwashing stations, banquet prep areas, and storage rooms are clean and organized
  • Safely operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment
  • Dispose of trash and recycling following property guidelines and environmental policies
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, dishware, and utensils to ensure banquet operations run smoothly
  • Work closely with the culinary and banquet teams to support efficient service during events
