Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
  • willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting carrying pushing and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance
  • ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move over sloping uneven or slippery surfaces and navigate stairs and service ramps
  • willingness to follow all company safety and security policies
  • maintain professional personal appearance
  • good communication skills and ability to interact courteously with guests
  • ability to work in a team environment and support common goals

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
  • no related work experience
  • no supervisory experience
  • none license or certification

Job Duties

  • complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location
  • complete closing duties including storing all reusable goods locking doors breaking down goods etc
  • set up stock and maintain work areas
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned separate napkins from tablecloths and restock linen shelves with clean linens
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
  • assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
