Job Requirements
- high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting carrying pushing and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance
- ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- ability to move over sloping uneven or slippery surfaces and navigate stairs and service ramps
- willingness to follow all company safety and security policies
- maintain professional personal appearance
- good communication skills and ability to interact courteously with guests
- ability to work in a team environment and support common goals
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- no related work experience
- no supervisory experience
- none license or certification
Job Duties
- complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location
- complete closing duties including storing all reusable goods locking doors breaking down goods etc
- set up stock and maintain work areas
- monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas
- transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned separate napkins from tablecloths and restock linen shelves with clean linens
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
