Job Requirements
- Located in Hidden Pines Lake Houston, TX
- Pay rate of 13 to 14 dollars per hour
- Part-time availability with work required on weekends and event days
- At least one year of experience in a similar role preferred
- Applicable work history and TABC license
- Physical ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and stand or walk 8 to 12 hours
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must submit and complete a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- At least one year of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferred
- Applicable work history
- TABC license for bartenders
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand or walk for 8 to 12 hours
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work part-time including weekends and event days
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards
Job Duties
- Set up banquet areas including moving tables and chairs according to event specifications on the BEO
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Serve food, plated and buffet, and beverages ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate their needs
- Execute closing duties including clearing tables, breaking down banquet areas, and storing equipment
- Set up the bar and ensure it is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Ensure the bar is stocked with the correct alcohol and quantities ordered
- Fully comply with TABC procedures for serving alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers and take orders for drinks
- Mix drinks, cocktails, and other beverages in compliance with venue recipes
- Serve wine and beer to guests
- Serve customers in a fast, friendly, and helpful manner
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Work as a dishwasher during events
- Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
- Hand wash items as necessary
- Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
- Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service times
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors
