- preferred ServSafe Food Manager Certification

Job Duties
- Manage all kitchen operations and personnel during banquet events
- ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of menu items
- maintain proper food handling and storage standards
- coordinate purchasing and inventory of food supplies
- control and maintain approved food and labor costs
- train and direct kitchen staff for efficient task execution
- collaborate with banquet and sales teams to ensure successful event completion and guest satisfaction
