Job Requirements

  • Must have experience cooking in a high volume restaurant or catering
  • preferred ServSafe Food Manager Certification
  • required 3 years of relevant culinary experience

  • Experience cooking in a high volume restaurant or catering environment
  • supervisory skills to plan, organize, direct, coach, train and discipline staff
  • ability to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all kitchen operations and personnel during banquet events
  • ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of menu items
  • maintain proper food handling and storage standards
  • coordinate purchasing and inventory of food supplies
  • control and maintain approved food and labor costs
  • train and direct kitchen staff for efficient task execution
  • collaborate with banquet and sales teams to ensure successful event completion and guest satisfaction
