Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in leading the daily operations of the banquet kitchens
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
  • Lead and supervise the quality of the food offered, as well as coordinate production
  • Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings
  • Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage and ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Follow and enforce all kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow and enforce all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Create unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests
