Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Several years of kitchen experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation

Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations in the absence of Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygienic practices throughout the kitchen
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during banquet events
- Oversee food preparation and ensure timely service
- Assist in menu planning for banquet functions
- Maintain food safety compliance and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor kitchen team members
