Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent culinary education
  • at least two years culinary experience
  • minimum one year supervisory experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • ability to write reports and manuals
  • effective presentation and response skills
  • strong arithmetic skills
  • ability to manage conflict and interact with guests and colleagues

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in culinary or related field
  • minimum of two years culinary experience or equivalent
  • minimum one year supervisory experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • ability to write reports and business correspondence

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to culinary staff
  • support and administer operational goals

  • adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager

  • ensure kitchens are stocked and prepared
  • support compliance to departmental budgets

  • monitor cost control and inventory levels

  • maintain health department and quality assurance compliance
  • ensure regulatory compliance and report issues
