Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent culinary education
- at least two years culinary experience
- minimum one year supervisory experience
- excellent verbal and written communication
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- ability to write reports and manuals
- effective presentation and response skills
- strong arithmetic skills
- ability to manage conflict and interact with guests and colleagues
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in culinary or related field

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and daily supervision to culinary staff
- support and administer operational goals
- monitor achievement of performance and profit objectives
- adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager
- produce menu items as listed
- ensure kitchens are stocked and prepared
- support compliance to departmental budgets
- promote and demonstrate superior customer service
- monitor cost control and inventory levels
- assist with administrative duties including attendance tracking
- maintain health department and quality assurance compliance
- ensure regulatory compliance and report issues
- maintain confidentiality
- conduct staff development and training
- manage rewards and recognition programs
- evaluate and provide feedback to employees
- recommend staffing and scheduling
- manage work procedures and workflow
- recommend employee performance actions
