Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move banquet furniture and equipment
  • previous experience in hospitality or banquet services preferred
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Set tables and chairs to meet function specifications
  • clean meeting space including washing meeting room walls at beginning of events
  • clean meeting space including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping areas and washing walls before and after events
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of banquet equipment and supplies
  • assist with loading and unloading of banquet materials
  • ensure timely setup and breakdown of banquet event spaces
  • follow all health and safety regulations
