Job Requirements
- Must be able to work on feet for up to 12 hours
- able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in banquet setup or hospitality preferred
- ability to work effectively as part of a team

- ability to follow instructions accurately
- commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner
- make the Catering and Events Manager aware of all guest comments and challenges
- verify with the Banquet Captain that the meeting room is set up to their satisfaction
- assign side-work and breakdown duties to banquet service personnel
- maintain the proper care and cleanliness of tableware and serving equipment, handling both to minimize breakage
- maintain cleanliness standards and excellent condition of equipment and surrounding work areas
- check all banquet rooms daily and immediately report any maintenance problem to the Maintenance Department
- immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
- attend all mandatory meetings as directed
- assist and attend meeting with Maintenance Department
- report all guest request changes to Banquet Captain and F&B Manager
- assure that all equipment is kept in clean working condition
