Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in banquet or event setup
- ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds
- flexible schedule with availability during days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well within a team
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- passion for hospitality and guest service
- ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds
- basic knowledge of banquet and event operations
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- multilingual abilities are a plus
Job Duties
- Set up and break down tables and banquet event spaces
- assist with the arrangement of banquet equipment and supplies
- interact warmly and professionally with guests
- ensure event setups meet company standards and guest expectations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
- comply with safety and operational guidelines
- work collaboratively with team members and other departments
