Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in banquet or event setup
  • ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds
  • flexible schedule with availability during days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work well within a team
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in banquet or event setup
  • passion for hospitality and guest service
  • ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds
  • basic knowledge of banquet and event operations
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Duties

  • Set up and break down tables and banquet event spaces
  • assist with the arrangement of banquet equipment and supplies
  • interact warmly and professionally with guests
  • ensure event setups meet company standards and guest expectations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
  • comply with safety and operational guidelines
  • work collaboratively with team members and other departments
