Job Duties
- Set up banquet and meeting rooms according to hotel management standards
- clean and maintain banquet and meeting spaces
- ensure accurate cleaning and setup of banquet functions
- handle care and storage of equipment such as tables and chairs
- service meeting rooms during events
- collaborate closely with banquet servers to ensure guest satisfaction
- provide outstanding service and personable experiences
