Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certification preferred
- Equivalent work experience accepted
- Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit as required
- Must meet local legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to handle long hours, nights, and weekends
- Capable of medium physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must convey information clearly and assess situations quickly
- Able to handle guest complaints and maintain composure under pressure
- Effective problem solving and listening skills
- Basic arithmetic and financial data handling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit as required by local law
- Meet local legal age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages
- Bilingual abilities

- Problem-solving and guest service skills
- Familiarity with banquet event orders and service standards
Job Duties
- Set up, refresh, tear down and maintain all meeting spaces according to banquet event orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
- Replenish buffet bars and produce commissary food items
- Clean and organize work areas and banquet storerooms
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and complaints
- Assist with audio visual equipment set up and break down
- Ensure compliance with DHM standards and safety regulations
