- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Able to carry a tray to shoulder weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Able to stand and/or walk the entire shift
- Available to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain proper uniform
- Clean and free of excessive wrinkles
- Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed
- Follow health and safety practices at all times
- Respond promptly to any guest request
- Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
- Maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
- Put back all tables, chairs, table skirting and AV equipment in storage and reset for next event according to BEO or manager instructions
- Ensure work areas are cleaned and side duties completed before shift ends
