Job Requirements

  • U.S. work authorization required
  • Minimum age 16 years or older
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Able to carry a tray to shoulder weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Able to stand and/or walk the entire shift
  • Available to work nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper uniform
  • Clean and free of excessive wrinkles
  • Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed
  • Follow health and safety practices at all times
  • Respond promptly to any guest request
  • Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
  • Maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
  • Put back all tables, chairs, table skirting and AV equipment in storage and reset for next event according to BEO or manager instructions
  • Ensure work areas are cleaned and side duties completed before shift ends
