Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year banquet or catering experience
- Able to lift 30lbs frequently
- Able to stand/walk 6-8 hours
- Available to work on-call, weekends, and evenings
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Job Duties
- Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio/visual needs
- Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc
- Check quality and presentation of food before serving
- Prepare and serve beverages for the function
- Provide prompt and professional service to all guests
- Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the property
- Suggest pairings of food to wine or beer
- Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any and food ordering
- Perform other duties as assigned
