Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent guest service skills
  • ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
  • ability to stand or walk including up and down stairs for the entire length of the shift
  • ability to lift 35 pounds
  • ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Set up tables following banquet event orders
  • serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • replenish buffet line food as needed
  • monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
  • handle any guest complaints
  • follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
  • break down the event according to company procedures
