Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
- ability to stand or walk including up and down stairs for the entire length of the shift
- ability to lift 35 pounds
- ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions

Job Duties
- Set up tables following banquet event orders
- serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- replenish buffet line food as needed
- monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
- handle any guest complaints
- follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
- break down the event according to company procedures
