Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to speak and understand English
  • Must have or be able to acquire an ABLE License
  • Ability to provide excellent guest service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry trays or items as required
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to speak and understand English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or banquet serving is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Knowledge of banquet service etiquette and standards

Job Duties

  • Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
  • Deliver and serve food and beverages including meals, condiments and accompaniments
  • Ensure menu knowledge to assist guests
  • Remove china, glassware, silverware from tables after meals and deliver to stewarding area
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
  • Assist with side work including cleaning, stocking and folding silverware
