- must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Sets up for events carries trays serves guests and cleans up at the event's conclusion
- set up includes putting out tablecloths and place settings arranging table placement and putting up a buffet
- clean up includes breaking down tables and taking tablecloths and linens to laundry
- inspects linen silver china and other items prior to using them
- demonstrates in-depth knowledge of menu market specials and suggest alternatives to guests
- takes and fills customer orders
- checks food prior to serving ensures presentation and temperature is in accordance with company standards
- coordinates service with other servers
- serves food and beverages to guests refills beverages as needed
- responds to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- uses a computer to ring orders on a check
- accepts different types of payment and makes accurate change
- checks for identification of guests to ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
- refuses to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age
- observes behavior counts number of alcoholic drinks served and ask a manager to intervene as necessary
- completes other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needs
