Job Requirements
- Must have basic knowledge on food and beverage preparation and service standards
- Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of banquet server experience
- Knowledge of appropriate tables setting
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis throughout the shift
- Ability to operate beverage equipment e.g. coffee maker, ice tea maker
- Ability to provide guests with an attentive, efficient service process

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
- At least one year of banquet server experience
- Knowledge of appropriate table setting
- Ability to provide attentive and efficient service to guests
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Deliver high standards of quality service during social or corporate events
- Connect with clients to create a relaxed environment
- Read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
- Set up banquet rooms according to BEO including linen, silverware, and glassware
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Replenish beverages as needed and clear empty glasses and bottles
- Check assigned stations and ensure glassware, china, and silverware are free of spots
- Serve and clear common breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus correctly
- Ensure buffet food and beverage quality
- Attend to guests to ensure satisfaction
- Report any hazard situations to immediate supervisor
- Attend pre-meal briefings and execute sequence of service
- Inform banquet manager of special menu requests
- Carry out opening and closing side work efficiently
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction
