Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work holidays, weekends and day shifts
  • Ability to be on one's feet for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop when necessary
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to POS system
  • Ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying plates, moving small furniture, and carrying a full server tray

Job Qualifications

  • Prior club or hospitality experience preferred
  • 1-2 plus years of food industry positions such as bussing, expediting, hosting, and serving with preference for experience in fine dining restaurant settings
  • Beginner knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, service styles, and etiquette such as appropriate table settings, the order of service, and wine service
  • Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to our POS System
  • Ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying plates, moving small furniture, and carrying a full server tray
  • Food Handler's Card

Job Duties

  • Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet
  • Able to read and understand BEO's
  • Carry plates of food on trays and serve guests
  • Keep glasses filled
  • remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
  • Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness
