Job Requirements
- Must be available to work holidays, weekends and day shifts
- Ability to be on one's feet for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop when necessary
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to POS system
- Ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying plates, moving small furniture, and carrying a full server tray
Job Qualifications
- Prior club or hospitality experience preferred
- 1-2 plus years of food industry positions such as bussing, expediting, hosting, and serving with preference for experience in fine dining restaurant settings
- Beginner knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, service styles, and etiquette such as appropriate table settings, the order of service, and wine service
- Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to our POS System
- Ability to perform physical job duties such as carrying plates, moving small furniture, and carrying a full server tray
- Food Handler's Card
Job Duties
- Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet
- Able to read and understand BEO's
- Carry plates of food on trays and serve guests
- Keep glasses filled
- remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
- Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
- Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness
