Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items
- ability to read, speak and write English
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- sufficient mobility to perform reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling
- practice safe work habits and follow safety policies and procedures

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- knowledge of appropriate table settings, service ware and menu items
- must be able to read, speak and write English to communicate with guests
- ability to remember, recite and promote a variety of menu items
- ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods
- practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures
- customer service expertise preferred
- alcohol awareness intervention procedures certification preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver and serve food and beverage items to catering clientele in a friendly and timely manner
- set tables to meet function specifications
- deliver necessary equipment and beverages from storage areas to event location
- set and display food and beverages on buffet tables
- quietly remove china, glassware and silverware from meal area
- deliver dirty china, silverware and glassware to the appropriate kitchen dishwashing station
- return equipment and unused beverages and dirty linen to storage locations in a neat and organized manner
- perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- complete other duties as assigned by the Catering Supervisor
