Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- 1 year experience as a restaurant or banquet food server preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability during peak operating times, e.g., weekends, holidays and special events

- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
- Knowledge of various food service styles, e.g., French service, Russian service, Family style service, Butler style service
- Compute basic arithmetic and mathematical calculations
- Organized and detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Efficiently complete pre-function side work
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating at tables
- Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverage items to the guest in accordance with function requirements
- Clear each course following procedures
- Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function
- Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations
- Remove all tabletop items, linen and equipment from the function room as designated by function requirements
