Job Requirements
- Minimum one year banquet serving experience required
- Good communication skills necessary
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor a must

Job Duties
- Ensure the banquet room set up is completed
- Serve and assist guests throughout the function
- Ensure guests receive high quality service
- Facilitate breakdown, clearing and cleaning when function has ended
- Ensure equipment used is put back to designated area
- Maintain knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies and procedures
- Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
