Job Requirements
- Able to carry large trays
- must obtain basic food safety certification within 30 days
- must obtain Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission certification within 30 days
- available for evening shifts and some weekends
- part-time availability
- willing to work in a high-end hotel and conference center environment

- food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- able to carry large trays of food
- must obtain basic food safety certification within 30 days of starting
- must obtain Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission certification within 30 days of starting
- able to re-certify food safety and alcohol certificates as needed
Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, polishing silverware and glasses, and placing table centerpieces
- serve food and beverages including picking up food from the back hall, carrying trays to the function location, serving food, and clearing food from tables
- bartend events which include butler passing drinks and managing liquor, beer, and wine bars
- break down events including bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, and vacuuming
- clean the back hall and organize storerooms
- maintain professionalism and courteous service at all times
- assist with other banquet-related tasks as required
