Job Requirements
- Prior banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
- must have black, non-slip shoes and all-black attire for events
- must have reliable transportation and weekend/night availability
- current food handler and alcohol service certifications preferred

Job Duties
- Set up food and beverage service during events
- serve food and beverages to guests
- clear tables and service areas post service
- maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient demeanor
- follow event timelines and directions from Banquet Captains and Managers
- ensure tables, buffets, and service areas are clean and organized
- assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown
