ability to stand for long hours at a time

ability to identify potential guest issues and develop methods to prevent or limit impact
ability to listen understand and clarify concerns raised by team members and guests

ability to handle problems including anticipating preventing identifying and solving as necessary

Job Qualifications

experience in hotel or related field preferred

Job Duties

interact with all guests and all team members at all times in a friendly service oriented manner
maintain regular attendance in compliance with callaway standards as required by scheduling
maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing a nametag
comply with callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
maintain a friendly and warm demeanor with both team members and guests
suggest updates of standards for operation including server appearance attendance service training and product knowledge
assist sales and event management in coordination of banquet functions
assist with conference setup and stewarding for banquet functions
manage difficult or emotional customer situations respond promptly to customer needs and requests
strive for 100 percent satisfaction of all guests
attend all meetings and training as required
