Job Requirements

  • Ability to recall and communicate menu items
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • Manage the bridal party timeline to ensure schedule adherence
  • Run errands such as picking up breakfast or lunch
  • Steam the bride's dress, veil, and bridesmaids' dresses
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to the bride
  • Assist the bridal party with dressing and accessories
  • Set up banquet rooms as instructed by supervisor
  • Attend pre-event roll call meetings
  • Serve food and beverages according to supervisor instructions
  • Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction
  • Promptly remove dishes during and after meals
  • Respond to guest special requests and resolve complaints
  • Abide by state, federal, and corporate alcohol serving requirements
  • Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
