Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- minimum of one year of related work experience
- must be at least eighteen years of age
- ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders
- capability to carry multiple entrees per tray
- customer-focused and professional attitude
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- basic arithmetic skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- effective oral and written communication skills in English
- punctuality and consistent attendance
- ability to handle and move objects safely
- must adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred
- minimum of one year of experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred
- must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic drinks
Job Duties
- Read and understand Banquet Event Orders
- carry at least 8 entrees per tray
- provide fine dining level food and beverage service
- initiate and maintain friendly and professional guest contact
- setup and maintain food and beverage stations
- maintain inventory for stations
- keep event and staging areas tidy and organized
- participate in setup and cleanup of service items
- work independently during slower times
- ensure a safe and clean work environment
- maintain high social contact with staff and patrons
- work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- pay attention to detail
- multitask effectively
- handle and move objects safely
- maintain a customer-focused attitude
- communicate effectively in English
- use basic arithmetic
- stand for extended periods
- bend, stretch, and reach
- lift objects up to 30 lbs
- be punctual with consistent attendance
- respond to basic customer complaints or inquiries
