Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
- Minimum one year work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred
- Current TABC Certification and Food Handler's Certificate required or obtainable within 30 days
- Ability to carry 8 entrees per tray and lift up to 30 lbs often
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach
- Must be punctual with reliable transportation
- Ability to respond to simple complaints or inquiries
- Access to a personal device for schedule communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED strongly preferred
- Minimum one year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred
- Current TABC Certification and Food Handler's Certificate required or must be obtainable within 30 days
- Ability to carry at least 8 entrees per tray and lift heavy objects up to 30 lbs frequently
- Must be at least eighteen years old to serve alcoholic drinks
Job Duties
- Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders, Pull Sheets, and other event-related documentation
- Provide fine dining-level food and beverage service to guests
- Initiate and maintain friendly and professional contact with guests
- Set up and maintain food and beverage stations according to standards
- Maintain event and front-of-house areas in a tidy manner
- Participate in setup and cleanup of food and beverage items
- Work independently during slower periods
