Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age to meet age requirements for Arizona Liquor Law
- Requires possession of Arizona Food Handlers Certificate
- Must participate in TIPS alcohol training
- Speed and efficiency in performing assigned tasks
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Provide service to members and guests by serving entrees and beverages as sit-down meal service, or attend to the buffet, in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage any special guest or event host requests
- Assist with set up and tear down of room including setting tables with dishes and utensils, moving tables and chairs, changing room for entertainment after the dinner seating
- Maintain workstations and do assigned side work such as napkin folding, sorting and polishing silverware, polishing glassware, stocking dishes on shelves
- Perform other duties as assigned
