  • keep function room and station neat and clean per established policies and procedures
  • use proper in-room clearing and aisle tray breakdown buffet or other special food service tables and equipment
  • assist with setting up/breaking down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment
  • provide guest services in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times
  • be familiar with the various types of workable set-ups for each function room
  • complete assigned sidework and checklists
