- set up of banquet functions and spaces
- set tables in assigned area according to standard
- serve food and beverage for events in accord with BEO and standards promptly and efficiently to ensure a quality guest experience
- keep function room and station neat and clean per established policies and procedures
- use proper in-room clearing and aisle tray breakdown buffet or other special food service tables and equipment
- assist with setting up/breaking down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment
- provide guest services in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times
- be familiar with the various types of workable set-ups for each function room
- complete assigned sidework and checklists
