Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous banquet or food service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
  • Deliver and serve food and beverages including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
  • Ensure menu knowledge
  • Remove China, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of meal periods and deliver to stewarding area
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal service
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments as necessary
  • Assist with side work including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware
