- Ability to work evening hours and occasional weekends
- Physical ability to carry large trays of food
- Availability for on-call shifts
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve guests food and beverages at banquet events
- Set up for functions to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and putting out table centerpieces
- Break down to include bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces
- Carry large trays of food
- Maintain cleanliness of banquet areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to professional clientele
