Job Requirements

  • Prior server experience of one year or more
  • Ability to work required shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and dedication to guest service
  • Good physical stamina to stand and serve for extended periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of banquet service preferred
  • Ability to work multiple shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to cooperate and assist team members
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
  • Deliver and serve food and beverages including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
  • Ensure menu knowledge
  • Remove china, glassware, silverware from tables at meal conclusion and deliver to stewarding area
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal service
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments as needed
  • Assist with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
