Job Requirements
- Prior server experience of one year or more
- Ability to work required shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and dedication to guest service
- Good physical stamina to stand and serve for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of banquet service preferred
- Ability to work multiple shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to cooperate and assist team members
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
- Deliver and serve food and beverages including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
- Ensure menu knowledge
- Remove china, glassware, silverware from tables at meal conclusion and deliver to stewarding area
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout meal service
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Assist fellow team members and other departments as needed
- Assist with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
