Job Requirements
- physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and to carry a tray for plated food service
- must work at least 1 shift every 30 days to stay an active employee
Job Qualifications
- a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- experience and a thorough understanding of banquet service
- previous hotel banquet serving experience preferred
- professional communication, presentation, and service etiquette
- 3+ years of serving experience
- ability to stand for long periods of time
Job Duties
- transport banquet plated meals
- ensure banquet buffets are properly filled and cleaned
- bus plates, cups, glasses, and silverware
- roll silverware
- remove trash as needed
- adhere to state and local serving guidelines
- perform at a 5 star Forbes level resort expectation
