- Minimum of two years of food service or related experience
- Ability to balance and carry service trays
- Strong communication skills including reading writing and oral proficiency in English
- A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to service excellence

Job Duties
- Present pre-selected menu items to guests and maintain expert knowledge of each dish including origin taste and preparation methods
- Accurately relay guest orders including special requests to the Banquet Manager or kitchen team
- Deliver food items promptly while ensuring quality temperature and presentation meet standards
- Set up function rooms according to Banquet Event Orders including linen china glassware silver and décor
- Anticipate guest needs check in for satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Break down clean and reset tables buffets and service stations after events
- Maintain adherence to Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
- Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and supervisors
- Perform additional non-essential tasks including plating food polishing service ware assisting with inventory and preparing garnishes
