Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of food service or related experience
  • Ability to balance and carry service trays
  • Strong communication skills including reading writing and oral proficiency in English
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to service excellence

Job Duties

  • Present pre-selected menu items to guests and maintain expert knowledge of each dish including origin taste and preparation methods
  • Accurately relay guest orders including special requests to the Banquet Manager or kitchen team
  • Deliver food items promptly while ensuring quality temperature and presentation meet standards
  • Set up function rooms according to Banquet Event Orders including linen china glassware silver and décor
  • Anticipate guest needs check in for satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
  • Break down clean and reset tables buffets and service stations after events
  • Maintain adherence to Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and supervisors
  • Perform additional non-essential tasks including plating food polishing service ware assisting with inventory and preparing garnishes
