Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- preferred experience in luxury hotel food and beverage service or related work
- flexible schedule ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts
- strong oral presentation skills
- ability to follow detailed event instructions
- ability to execute tasks independently and as part of a team
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- strong problem-solving abilities
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- must possess valid US work authorization
- not eligible for work sponsorship or visa

Job Duties
- Offer pre-determined menu selections to each table
- maintain knowledge of each selection's origin, taste, and preparation method
- communicate guest orders including special needs or requests to Banquet Manager or kitchen
- check completed kitchen orders against guest’s original order
- transport items to guest table in timely manner to ensure proper food quality
- greet guests in professional manner and respond urgently to guest concerns and requests
- assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces according to banquet event order
- anticipate guest needs and ascertain satisfaction
- break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
- plate, prepare, and serve food
- take guest reservations
- assist with set-up and breakdown of banquet events
- perform tasks or projects assigned by management
- assist in Food & Beverage areas during heavy volume or absence of others
- comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
