Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • food/beverage service worker permit, where applicable
  • minimum six months of serving experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • six months to one year serving experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • read, write and speak English fluently
  • meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
  • serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
  • clear tables and clean up after events
  • ensure the banquet area is tidy
  • anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
  • work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution
