Job Requirements
- Must meet legal age requirement to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work efficiently in an empowered and fast-paced environment
- Certified in relevant food handler and alcohol service courses
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Ability to maintain high standards of service and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- Two years of previous customer service experience preferably in a banquet or food and beverage setting
- Working knowledge of food and beverage service
- County Specific Food Handlers Certification
- State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification
- Ability to deliver friendly and engaging customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
Job Duties
- Set up assigned tables for banquet functions according to Banquet Event Orders
- Warmly and enthusiastically serve guests including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders
- Complete pre-function side work as designated by Banquet Captain or Banquet Managers
- Attend to guests proactively and respond to their needs during functions
- Adhere to all liquor liability laws and regulations
- Ensure all tables and service areas are set to specifications with great attention to detail
- Collaborate effectively with other team members in a fast-paced environment
