Job Requirements
- 1+ year experience in banquets, restaurants, catering or fine dining preferred
- Strong guest service instincts
- Clear communication skills
- Comfortable with both solo service and team-style banquet execution
- WA Food Handler’s Card required or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and navigate multiple service points
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Execute event set-up, service, and tear-down based on Banquet Event Order standards
- Prepare dining and service areas, ensuring accuracy of place settings and cleanliness of space
- Provide full-service food and beverage hospitality for standing and seated service formats
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, event leads, and fellow team members
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with grace, urgency, and care
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including allergens, specials, and beverage pairings
- Support logistics such as linen handling, equipment reset, and glassware polish
- Ensure all service ware is cleared efficiently and discreetly throughout event duration
- Support additional duties as assigned, including dish support or event reset
