Job Requirements

  • must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol
  • must be flexible to work varied shifts including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must possess county specific food handlers certification
  • must have state specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification
  • must be able to deliver a friendly and fun environment during guest interactions
  • must be energetic and able to work within a fast paced environment
  • must have effective organizational skills
  • must be detail oriented
  • must have strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • two years previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
  • working knowledge of food and beverage service
  • knowledge of county specific food handlers certification
  • knowledge of state specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification
  • legal age to serve alcohol
  • ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • friendly and energetic demeanor

Job Duties

  • set up assigned tables for banquet functions
  • serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables
  • complete pre-function side work as designated
  • perform all service standards to exceed guest and co-associate expectations
  • attend to all guest needs during functions
  • adhere to liquor liability laws
  • follow details described on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
