Job Requirements
- must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol
- must be flexible to work varied shifts including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must possess county specific food handlers certification
- must have state specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification
- must be able to deliver a friendly and fun environment during guest interactions
- must be energetic and able to work within a fast paced environment
- must have effective organizational skills
- must be detail oriented
- must have strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- two years previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
- working knowledge of food and beverage service
- knowledge of county specific food handlers certification
- knowledge of state specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification
- legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and energetic demeanor
Job Duties
- set up assigned tables for banquet functions
- serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables
- complete pre-function side work as designated
- perform all service standards to exceed guest and co-associate expectations
- attend to all guest needs during functions
- adhere to liquor liability laws
- follow details described on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
