Job Requirements
- must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol
- flexible with schedule to work weekday evenings weekends and holidays
- must be friendly and able to provide a fun and friendly environment
- energetic to work in a fast paced and empowered team environment
- certified with county specific food handlers certification state specific alcohol certification andor TIPS certification
- two years experience in customer service preferably in hospitality
- knowledge of food and beverage service
- must be able to multitask and work efficiently
- good communication skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- set up assigned tables for banquet functions
- serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- take and deliver food orders to guest tables
- complete pre function side work as designated by banquet captain or managers
- perform all service standards efficiently and properly to exceed guest expectations
- attend to all guest needs during functions
- adhere to liquor liability laws and banquet event orders
