Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of prior experience as a banquet server in fine dining and in a similar, high-volume restaurant is preferred
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Willing and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work 10-30 hours per week on 1st and 2nd shifts

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through all phases of their experience at banquet events, providing exceptional service and assistance
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
  • Set up, refresh, and break down coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables according to group requirements
  • Be knowledgeable about menu selections, ingredients, presentation standards, and service requirements for assigned functions
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, following the established sequence of service
