- 1+ years of prior experience as a banquet server in fine dining and in a similar, high-volume restaurant is preferred
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Willing and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work 10-30 hours per week on 1st and 2nd shifts

Job Duties
- Guide guests through all phases of their experience at banquet events, providing exceptional service and assistance
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Set up, refresh, and break down coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables according to group requirements
- Be knowledgeable about menu selections, ingredients, presentation standards, and service requirements for assigned functions
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, following the established sequence of service
