Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to handle lifting and setup tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation

- ability to follow a BEO and event instructions
Job Duties
- Review BEOs for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs
- assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up
- check quality and presentation of food before serving
- prepare and serve beverages for the function
- provide prompt and professional service to all guests
- communicate with kitchen keeping update on any changes
